What does the $125 listing fee include?
It includes MLS listing exposure and syndication across major rental websites after your listing has been reviewed and approved.
What are the total fees due?
Both the $125 listing fee and the $75 transaction fee are due at the time of submission. These fees cover the cost of listing preparation, review, and MLS placement — neither is contingent on whether a tenant is secured during the listing period.
Can additional services be added?
Yes. Lease preparation, photography, showing support, notary services where applicable, and other leasing support may be available for an additional cost.
What if I don't know how to write the listing description?
You may provide your own write-up, or our team can write or rewrite the listing verbiage before publishing.
How long can the flat-fee listing remain active?
Your listing may remain active for up to 6 months from the date of approval. Fees are non-refundable and are not contingent on occupancy — the listing period runs its full course regardless of outcome.
What happens once the property is rented?
The owner must notify our office once the property has been rented so the listing can be updated or removed promptly.
Portfolio & Institutional Owners
Owners with multiple vacancies, rental portfolios, or apartment communities may qualify for volume pricing and broader listing solutions.
