When do I pay the management fee?

Management fees are deducted from collected rent each month. If no rent is collected, no management fee is charged — our fee is tied directly to performance.

Is the setup fee required for all new owners?

The $249 setup fee applies to new properties being onboarded into full management. It is waived for owners who previously used our tenant placement services to fill the property.

What is the difference between tenant placement and full management?

Tenant placement is a one-time leasing service — we find, screen, and place a qualified tenant and you take over from there. Full management is ongoing and covers everything after placement as well.

Are there fees during an eviction?

No. Management fees are not collected while a property is in a non-rent-paying eviction period. We also provide up to $1,200 in attorney fee support subject to program terms.

Can I start with placement and move to full management?

Yes — and if you do, the setup fee is waived. Many owners begin with tenant placement and transition into full management after the first lease cycle.

Do you offer pricing for multiple properties?

Yes. Owners with multiple units or ongoing inventory may qualify for customized portfolio pricing. Contact us to discuss a structure that fits your investment goals.
