This Site is provided for informational purposes and to facilitate contact with RCA Realty Group regarding property management, tenant placement, rental listings, and related services. You agree to use this Site only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others.

You agree not to:

• Use the Site for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose
• Submit false, misleading, or inaccurate information through any form on the Site
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Site or its systems
• Use automated tools to scrape, copy, or extract content from the Site

No Guarantee of Services

Submitting a form, inquiry, or application through this Site does not constitute a binding agreement, lease, or guarantee of services. All services are subject to review, qualification, availability, and execution of applicable agreements.

Rental applications submitted through this Site or linked portals are subject to the qualification criteria, owner requirements, and applicable association rules described in our Application Process & Qualification Criteria.

Accuracy of Information

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that information on this Site is accurate and current. However, we do not warrant that all content is complete, accurate, or up to date at all times. Pricing, availability, services, and policies are subject to change without notice.

Rental listings displayed on this Site are provided for informational purposes and are subject to availability. A listing appearing on the Site does not guarantee that the property is available or that an application will be accepted.

Flat Fee Listing Service

Owners who submit a flat fee MLS listing through our Site agree to the following:

• All listing information submitted must be accurate and compliant with Fair Housing guidelines
• The $125 listing fee is non-refundable once review has begun
• RCA Realty Group reserves the right to reject or request changes to any listing that does not meet MLS or Fair Housing standards
• Listings are active for up to 6 months from the date of activation
• Owners are responsible for responding to inquiries and managing the leasing process unless additional services are contracted

Identity Verification & Document Collection

To protect property owners and the public, RCA Realty Group requires identity verification for individuals registering to list a property through this Site. As part of this process we may collect the following:

• Government-issued identification — collected solely for the purpose of verifying the identity and ownership authorization of the person registering to list a property
• Corporate documents — entities registering as a corporation, LLC, or other business entity may be asked to provide formation or authorization documents. These documents are generally available as public record through the Florida Division of Corporations (Sunbiz) or the Georgia Corporations Division and are collected for verification purposes only

We do not collect Social Security numbers, financial account numbers, or other sensitive personal identifiers as part of our verification process.

As a licensed real estate brokerage operating in Florida and Georgia, we are required to maintain transaction and brokerage records in accordance with applicable state law. Record retention periods are as follows:

• Florida: Brokerage records, including transaction files, are retained for a minimum of 5 years in accordance with Florida Real Estate Commission requirements (Florida Statute 475.5015)
• Georgia: Brokerage records are retained for a minimum of 3 years in accordance with Georgia Real Estate Commission requirements (GREC Rule 520-1-.10)

Identity verification documents and related records are stored securely and are not shared with third parties except as required by law or as necessary to facilitate the services you have requested. RCA Realty Group complies with the Florida Information Protection Act (FIPA) and applicable Georgia data protection requirements with respect to the collection, use, and protection of personal information.

Intellectual Property

All content on this Site — including text, graphics, logos, images, and page designs — is the property of RCA Realty Group or its content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content from this Site without prior written permission.

Third-Party Links & Platforms

This Site may contain links to third-party websites, portals, or platforms including property management software, payment processors, and rental listing platforms. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of those third-party sites. Use of third-party platforms is governed by their own terms of service.

Disclaimer of Warranties

This Site and its content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. RCA Realty Group does not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, RCA Realty Group shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of this Site or reliance on any information provided herein, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in the State of Florida.

Where services are provided in connection with properties located in the State of Georgia, applicable Georgia laws and regulations — including those governing licensed real estate brokerages — also apply to the extent required by law.

Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the Site following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
