What does the flat fee include?
The $125 listing fee covers MLS listing through our brokerage, placement on our website, syndication to major rental platforms, and Fair Housing compliance review. The $75 transaction fee covers administrative processing. Both are due at submission.
Is co-broker compensation included?
No. This service does not include co-broker or cooperating agent compensation. You may offer compensation voluntarily — it will be disclosed on your listing. All compensation arrangements are solely between you and any cooperating agent.
What is RCA's role in my listing?
We are a licensed brokerage and list your property under a Limited Service Agreement. We ensure your listing meets MLS standards and Fair Housing requirements. You retain full responsibility for showings, applicant communication, and lease negotiations.
Can I add services after submitting?
Yes. Add-on services are selected during your submission. Our team reviews each request and will only reach out if something cannot be accommodated for your specific property or location — otherwise everything moves forward automatically.
How long does the listing stay active?
Your listing may remain active for up to 6 months from the date of approval. Fees are non-refundable. The listing period runs its full course regardless of outcome. You must notify us when the property is rented.
Can licensed sales associates use this service?
Yes. Licensed real estate professionals without MLS access may list rental properties through our platform. This service is for rental listings only — no sales transactions or buyer representation are facilitated through this platform.
