As a licensed real estate brokerage operating in Florida and Georgia, we are required to retain brokerage records in accordance with applicable state law. Retention periods are as follows:

  • Florida: Brokerage records are retained for a minimum of 5 years in accordance with Florida Statute 475.5015 and Florida Real Estate Commission requirements.
  • Georgia: Brokerage records are retained for a minimum of 3 years in accordance with GREC Rule 520-1-.10 and Georgia Real Estate Commission requirements.

RCA Realty Group complies with the Florida Information Protection Act (FIPA) and applicable Georgia data protection requirements with respect to the collection, use, storage, and protection of personal information.
